From signal to report

  1. 01

    Set scope

Account, regions, period, currency, included services and exclusions.

  2. 02

    Freeze evidence

Export recommendations, timestamp the collection and note whether it was complete or partial.

  3. 03

    Qualify

Add owner, environment, risk, confidence and action mode.

  4. 04

    Decide

Document approval, rejection, manual action or remediation.

  5. 05

    Verify

Separate estimate from outcome, then attach the available confirmation source.

What the report must contain

  • Executive summary with a category for every amount
  • Scope and services not analyzed
  • Data freshness and complete or partial collection state
  • Recommendations ranked by value, confidence and risk
  • Action mode and recovery for every recommendation
  • Decisions, owners and deadlines
  • Realized outcomes and confirmation evidence
  • Pricing assumptions, excluded discounts and limitations

Evidence rules

  • Do not add RDS, EKS or another service to Wasteless coverage without a documented external analysis.

  • An empty VPC is a €0 hygiene signal, not direct savings.

  • Do not present a partial run as an exhaustive account view.

  • Do not add estimates and confirmed savings into one total.

  • Document commitments, discounts, credits, taxes and workload changes not represented by the static model.
